childbirth education classes with Gentlebirth

Preparing for childbirth is one of the most important things families can do in anticipation for "labor day." Unlike any other childbirth education workshop, GentleBirth combines evidence-based information, sports psychology, cognitive brain therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and hypnosis into an interactive and informative weekend workshop.

When and where are the classes held?
